Nanopublikationen bieten hierfür einen vielversprechenden Ansatz: Sie ermöglichen es, kleinste wissenschaftliche Aussagen oder Kuratierungsereignisse als eigenständige, zitierbare und maschinenlesbare Einheiten im Linked-Open-Data-Format RDF – dem Fundament des Semantic Web – zu veröffentlichen.<br /><br />

Nach einer kurzen Einführung in die grundlegende Struktur von Nanopublikationen (Assertion, Provenance, Publication Info) vermittelt dieses Hands-on Lab die praktischen Grundlagen ihrer Erstellung. Mithilfe von Werkzeugen wie Nanodash und Nanopub Query werden exemplarisch Kuratierungsereignisse – etwa die Korrektur eines Metadatensatzes oder die Verknüpfung von Identifikatoren – als Nanopublikationen modelliert und publiziert.<br /><br />
